Brittany Bennett is an equine industry expert with a Dual Masters in Legal Studies and Dispute Resolution, is an approved mediator by the Supreme Court of Approval Office for the State of Michigan for general civil, domestic relationships and domestic violence screening.
There are many niche markets across the Equine Industry, and she is committed to helping you and your horse partners find a new path beyond your dispute and move forward.
Brittany is an elected Board Member of the Michigan Horse Council (MHC), Chair of the Equine Legislative Day (ELD) Planning Committee, and Michigan Delegate for the Coalition of Horse Councils. She is a member of the American Horse Council and Youth Horse Councils.
Brittany works with thought leaders in the equine industry to provide educational updates to legislators on what is happening around the country and across the State of Michigan. The ELD event is a shared platform and an opportunity to educate legislators as a collective voice across the MI Equine Industry.
Her passion is advocating for the Equine-Assisted Service (EAS) Industry after nearly eight years of volunteering and witnessing everyday miracles. She has spoken at past ELDs to the House and Senate as part of an EAS panel. given lectures at the Michigan Horse Expo and has several speaking engagements scheduled in 2024.
Brittany is an author of children’s horsebooks and owns Equinekids, LLC. She has negotiated intellectual property contracts across ten countries and eight languages for her book series, which sells in this niche market. Her works include recognition by the Livestock Conservancy (US) and Rare Breeds Survival Trust (UK) for her collaborative efforts with horse organizations worldwide in raising awareness for horse breeds on endangered watchlists.
