Founder Brittany Bennett, MLS, MDR, NWFF® Mediator & Conflict Coach

Brittany is a compassionate mediator, coach, and consultant. An expert in change management and strategy development, through her training with experts in putting theory into practice, she developed a plan to implement the Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) study as the foundation of Bennett Dispute Resolution Services.

The primary focus of Bennett Dispute Resolution Services, is providing parents with tools to mitigate one of ten ACE events, being a child of divorce. Parents have a choice in how they treat one another, and its effect can lead to disease and addiction or be a building block for resiliency. As a divorced mom of twins, Brittany is committed to providing an evidence-based approach to empower parents with tools to help model healthy conflict-resolution skills for their children.

With her experience in the pharmaceutical and wellness industries, she knows the cost of unresolved early childhood experiences and the importance of patient compliance. She is not an attorney or therapist; as a mediator and conflict coach, she collaborates with parents, attorneys, mediators, the judicial systems, and community outreach programs to build a foundation of shared communication that supports better decision-making in the face of adversity with the power of self-determination.

Additionally, Brittany is an advocate for the equine industry, Equine-Assisted Services, and rare breeds on endangered watch lists. She is an author of children’s horsebooks and owns Equinekids, LLC. In her free time, Brittany geeks out on Equine Law and the Constitution; she collaborates with industry experts on updates better suited to life today and digs deep with archeologists and anthropologists further to understand the horse-human relationship and its impact on society.
