Equine Law Mediation

The equine industry has a language and culture that can change across breeds and disciplines. What we share is the horse-human experience and a passion for horses. When disputes happen, mediation offers a confidential way to save time, money, and working relationships.

Brittany Bennett is an equine industry expert working with industry leaders nationwide.

A Board Member of the Michigan Horse Council (MHC) and Chair of the Equine Legislative Day (ELD) Planning Committee, she works with thought leaders in the equine industry to provide educational updates to legislators on what is happening around the country and across the State of Michigan. The ELD event is a shared platform and an opportunity to educate legislators as a collective voice across the MI Equine Industry.

Her passion: An advocate for the Equine-assisted Service Industry after seven years of volunteering and witnessing everyday miracles. She has spoken at past ELDs to the House and Senate as part of an EAS panel. Additionally, she is on a national coalition to help raise awareness of industry changes as we continue learning more about horse-human connections' many benefits.

Additionally, Brittany Bennett is an author of children’s horsebooks and owns Equinekids. She has negotiated intellectual property across ten countries and eight languages for her book series, which sells in this niche market.

She has been recognized by the Livestock Conservancy (US) and Rare Breeds Survival Trust (UK) for her collaborative efforts with horse organizations worldwide in raising awareness for horse breeds on endangered watchlists.

There are many niche markets across the Equine Industry, and Brittany is committed to helping you and your horse partners find a new path beyond your dispute and move forward.
