Resilience Training for Families & Communities

The future for resilient families and communities begins one family at a time. When parents have a shared communication foundation and model healthy conflict-resolution skills for their children.

Coaching

When you make a pact to put your children first, we arm you with the tools to identify your triggers, manage your emotions, and check yourself before you say something you may regret.

As a licensed provider of the New Ways For Families® (NWFF®) programs, we provide evidence-based methods with outcomes that have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety for families.

We prepare parents for the mediation process and co-parenting by focusing on Four Big Skills throughout the programming:

  1. Flexible Thinking

  2. Managed Emotions

  3. Moderate Behavior

  4. Thinking Responsibility

Our programs include one-on-one coaching for pre-mediation, co-parent classes, group facilitation for Decision Skills for Adults and Life Skills For Youth (ages 12-18), classes for families, and community-based programming.

Model Behavior

Our children don’t just look like us; they also learn to behave by watching us.

The Resilience Scale

At Bennett, we provide the New Ways For Families® programming to teach parents how to model healthy conflict-resolution skills and positively support their children in the face of adversity to offset the negative impact of experiencing divorce.

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
